Misrepresentation

- Providing false information about animals being shipped, including size, breed, or health status. - Misstating availability, routes, or service capabilities.

Manipulation of Fees

- Artificially inflating or lowering bids to distort booking fees. - Encouraging shippers to alter pickup or drop-off locations to reduce platform fees. - Charging hidden or unauthorized costs outside of the agreed booking terms.

Unfair Behavior

- Posting non-serious bids designed to disrupt the marketplace. - Coordinating with others to manipulate reviews, ratings, or bookings. - Engaging in harassment, intimidation, or messages that damage the integrity of the platform.

2. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: - Warnings and education on proper use of the platform. - Temporary account suspension. - Permanent removal from My Animal Transport for serious or repeated violations.

3. Reporting Misconduct

Shippers and drivers are encouraged to report any suspicious, dishonest, or unfair activity to support@myanimaltransport.com. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.
